Finland’s New York Consulate General will bring the mobile passport machine to Minneapolis on April 27 and 28, 2026. Finnish citizens who need to renew or apply for new passports may start signing up now!

To review detailed instructions and schedule an appointment, individuals should go to this link, and review all information on the page concerning passport applications. At the bottom of the page where they will find the “Mobile passport device” section. Individuals will find the basic instructions for Minneapolis. They will click on the embedded link in the Minneapolis section to receive some additional instructions and book their appointment.
